About Kami

Kami Norman, born, raised and educated in Victoria, is pleased to be working with Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty.  Royal LePage has been a leader in Canadian real estate since 1913 and now has nearly 14,000 agents across the country. Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have their own charitable foundation. "The Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation" is Canada's largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women's shelters and violence preventions and education programs.

Kami's education began at Camosun College and the University of Victoria. In 1995 she successfully completed the Real Estate Course offered through the University of B.C. Kami's business has increased with every year of experience and she is now a consistent MLS award winner through the Victoria Real Estate Board. She is also consistently in the "Top 25" in her company (over 150 agents) each month and has been awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence and the Presidents Gold Award at Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty. Kami keeps updated with related real estate seminars, stays current with the changes in the industry and the economic factors which influence our local real estate market.

Kami specializes in all residential real estate (houses, condos, townhouses, duplexes, triplexes, building lots, etc.) She sells $200,000 condos up to million plus dollar homes. She has lots of experience working with local and out of town clients including first time buyers as well as people who have bought and sold many times. Kami has also been involved in several new construction subdivisions, guiding her clients through the entire process of buying raw land and building a home. She has built two houses herself and she has extensive knowledge about the entire building process from design through completion.
